Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Certain types of goods are exempt from return due to safety and hygiene regulations.
We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened supplements or opened containers

  • Products with broken seals

  • Health, nutrition, or personal care items once opened

  • Digital plans or downloadable products

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable goods, or liquid chemicals

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photo evidence.

Claims submitted after 3 days cannot be accepted.


Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition

  • Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Opened supplements cannot receive a partial refund under any circumstances.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming:

  1. We have received your returned item

  2. Whether your refund has been approved or rejected

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider — they may take time to post the refund

  3. Contact your bank — processing times can vary

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the value of the return

  • Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be processed to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
