1. Delivery Locations

Amaze Inn UK Ltd currently ships orders throughout the United Kingdom only.


2. Delivery Timeframes

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours after placing your order.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Royal Mail: 3–4 working days

  • DPD: 3–4 working days

  • DHL: 3–4 working days

Delays may occur during bank holidays, high-volume seasons, or courier technical issues.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and courier availability.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates are provided directly by Royal Mail, DPD, or DHL.


5. Missed Deliveries

If the courier attempts delivery and no one is available:

  • They may leave the parcel in a safe place,

  • Deliver to a neighbour,

  • Or take the package back to the local depot for re-delivery.

You are responsible for arranging redelivery with the courier.


6. Incorrect Address Information

Amaze Inn UK Ltd is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence at:

Claims after 3 days cannot be accepted due to courier policies.


8. Lost Parcels

A parcel is considered lost only after the courier finishes their investigation.
If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.
